    - Responsible for working as the Office Facilities Admin

    【Job description】
    - Manage and maintain office facilities (stationery, equipment, cleaning, safety).
    - Support in handling basic IT system and network incidents (network, computers, office equipment).
    - Contact service providers and manage office maintenance contracts.
    - Ensure equipment, facilities, logistics, meeting rooms...etc. are fully prepared with necessary equipment and resources and support other departments
    when needed.
    - Support administrative work and internal events when needed

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - University degree related to information technology or have a certificate related to Facilities Management
    - Minimum 2~3 years of experience in office management or IT support.
    - Japanese communication N3 (advanced level)

    <PREFER>
    - Priority is given to candidates with basic knowledge of network systems and computer hardware.
    - Priority is given to candidates with certificates in basic IT operating systems for enterprises, such as network, network, security (if any).
    - Prioritize those who have studied/worked in Japan
