<Job Summary>
As our HR Lead / HR Manager in our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our local operations. You will develop & execute HR strategies that drive our continued growth & success, establishing a best-in-class HR function. Working closely with senior management & all departments, you will be empowered to make a significant impact by fostering a high-performing, engaged, & supportive environment for our valued team.

- Develop, implement, & refine mid-to-long-term HR strategies specifically tailored to empower our team &align with strategic business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities & challenges within the local organization, designing &implementing impactful HR solutions.
- Design &execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract &hire top talent.
- Enhance our employer brand to resonate strongly with professionals, optimizing effective sourcing channels.
- Lead a best-practice, full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive &respectful experience for all candidates.
- Guide &collaborate with our TA (Talent Acquisition) specialist to achieve key hiring objectives.
- Design &continuously improve a welcoming &effective onboarding program that helps new hires smoothly integrate &quickly contribute to our team &company culture.
- Design, implement, &manage HR systems &processes (including performance management, compensation & benefits, career development paths, a&nd learning opportunities) that are competitive, fair, and motivating for our employees.
- Work with our C&B specialist to ensure our programs are compliant, attractive, &support employee well-being.
- Manage, mentor, &develop our existing HR team members (currently TA &C&B specialists), fostering their professional growth.
- Cultivate a collaborative, supportive, &high-performing HR team environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws ®ulations, acting as a trusted advisor on such matters.
- Manage employee relations with fairness &empathy, maintain HR policies aligned with local legislation, &promote a safe, respectful, &positive workplace.
- Champion and cultivate a positive, inclusive, &productive organizational culture within our operations, reflecting our company's global values while celebrating local identity.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, connection, &overall satisfaction.
- Provide insightful HR reporting &strategic advice to senior management regarding our operations.
- Offer recommendations on organizational design, talent development, &workforce planning to support sustainable local growth.

<Must>
- Graduated from University
- English: Upper-Intermediate Level
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial experience and a strong network.
- Proven success in developing and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing core HR systems (e.g., performance management, compensation, learning & development) effectively adapted to standards and employee expectations.
- Demonstrated team management or project leadership experience.
- In-depth understanding and practical application of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
<Prefer>
- Significant prior HR leadership experience, ideally for a multinational or reputable, fast-growing global company.
- Experience within the IT, tech, or modern service sector.
- Experience navigating organizational growth, for example, scaling a team from 50 to over 100 employees locally.
- Knowledge of the Japanese language and/or experience working with Japanese companies or stakeholders is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant HR technology (ATS, HRIS).
- A keen understanding of local business culture, professional etiquette, and HR best practices.Tiếng Anh
