    One of our clients, which is a manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior HR Professional

    【Job detail】
    - Work with Managers and Global HQ to create and apply policies for compensation, safety, welfare, and wellness.
    - Support Managers in developing and running C&B policies, rewards programs, and health care plans.
    - Help Managers with salary reviews and prepare needed data.
    - Manage staff database, contracts, and time & attendance records.
    - Advise employees on labor laws, agreements, benefits, and HR procedures.
    - Monitor labor law changes and ensure compliance.
    - Investigate compliance issues and support corrective actions.
    - Keep HR records and reports compliant with laws and internal rules.
    - Work with other departments to manage compliance.
    - Handle C&B operations: payroll, PIT, SHUI, benefits, and bonuses for locals and expats.
    - Analyze and control monthly personnel costs within budget.
    - Manage payroll reports, PIT reports, and other required reports.
    - Work with vendors and tax offices for tax IDs and family deductions.
    - Manage social insurance books for new, leaving, or changing employees.
    - Follow up SHUI benefits claims with vendors.
    - Create programs to build company culture and recognize employees.
    - Develop strategies to boost employee engagement aligned with business goals.
    - Support engagement programs with GA Department and track their effectiveness.
    - Support HRIS by fixing issues, maintaining data, and improving systems.
    - Maintain and audit HR databases for accuracy.
    - Propose and test improvements to HR systems.
    - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly HRIS reports.
    - Other tasks assigned by managers

  • Yêu cầu

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    - English: Upper-Intermediate level (TOEIC ≥ 700, IELTS ≥7.0, TOEFL ≥80 or equivalent level)
    - More than 5 years of experience in the HR department of a Multinational Corporation

    【Advantage】
    - Bachelor's degree in HR, Law or related fields
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate or more
