【業務内容】
・会社の財務戦略の策定と実行を主導し、財務健全性の確保と最適化を図る。
・人事戦略の立案と実施を行い、採用、研修、評価、労務管理などの人事業務全般を統括する。
・総務業務の管理、オフィス環境の維持、設備管理、契約書管理などを含む総務業務全般を監督する。
・財務報告書の作成、予算管理、コスト分析を行い、経営陣への報告を行う。
・労働法や税法などの関連法規を遵守し、社内ポリシーや手続きの策定・更新を行う。
・チームのマネジメントを行い、部下の育成、指導、評価を通じて組織のパフォーマンス向上を推進する。

<Job Summary>This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing current procedures across HR, General Admin, and Purchasing, and leading the implementation to ensure a comfortable working environment, high efficiency and compliance with the legal and governmental framework of Vietnam.<Job Description>1. 【Job Summary】The Accounting / Tax Manager will play a central role in overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and tax operations.
