<Job summary>
You will be in charge of front office task (Reception) as Supervisor
<Detail>
1. Recruitment and Selection
- Lead activities which ensure that the hotel has the right talent in the right role;
- Engage in processes which assist in spotting talent inside and outside the organization;
- Prepare budget of talent needs based on business strategies;
- Monitor and align staffing to business needs;
- Handle selection and recruitment of managerial and above positions and ensure a smooth onboarding
experience;
2. Performance Assessment and Feedback
- Organize annual performance appraisal process;- Work with managers to analyze performance by identifying area for improvement;
- Provide an environment which supports open ongoing feedback and coaching to breach gaps for better
performance;
3. Learning and Development
- Plan training for future skill requirements and not just current;
- Ensure development and implementation of annual training plan training to address and narrow the
performance gap;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training;
4. Career Management
- Understand the career ambitions of star talent and ensure this is communicated within the leadership
team and to corporate;
- Provide communication on career paths available;
5. Policies and Procedures
- Follow Human Resources policies and procedures;
- Ensure departmental SOPs are communicated and implemented throughout the hotel;
- Communicate on Human Resources policies and procedures to all employees;
6. Compensation and Benefits
- Conduct annual salary review process;
- Participate and analyze market data to benchmark compensation package to remain competitive in
order to attract and retain employees;
- Review compensation to ensure and maintain internal equity and competitive with the industry norm;
7. Administration:
- Be in charge of all administrative documents
- Make forms, regulations, contracts as General Director’ directions
- Organize meetings and briefings as requested
- Manage administrative costs, such as telephone charges, taxi charges, express mails, stationaries,
leasing house fees, meeting fees, etc.
- Control services from suppliers such as house leasing, transportation, consulting services, insurance
service and other suppliers
- Expat matters such as working permit, visa, temporary resident card, business trip (if any)
- Welcome authorities and inspectors to visit the Hotel
- Contact authority departments to follow up the required administrative documents (if any)
- Make periodical administrative reports to submit to authority departments
- Manage assigned outsourcing services related to the hotel operation

<Must>
- Bachelor degree
- 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources (Manager level) in Hospitality/ Hotel/ Service-apartment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Up-to-date on HR trends and practices in the market.
- Language skills: English upper intermediate level
- Ability to create a community which supports a collaborative environment.
- Strong coach approach leadership style.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of talent
- Good teamworking skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Good organization skills
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
