【Job Summary】
- Responsible for developing and executing the Total HR Strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
【Job description】
1. Strategic HR Management
- Act as a Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors on organizational structure, workforce planning, and human resource development plans.
- Monitor and control the implementation of HR policies across the entire network, including Back Office (BO), HUBs, Line-haul, Warehouses, and Network stations.
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Oversee the entire recruitment function, including mass hiring for operations and headhunting for key strategic positions.
- Partner with departments to identify short, medium, and long-term manpower needs and workforce planning.
- Supervise and evaluate recruitment effectiveness by region, position, and Cost-per-hire.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management
- Design, review, and implement a competitive total rewards system (Salary, Bonus, Allowances, and Benefits) tailored to the logistics operational model.
- Control the Labor Budget and personnel costs, proposing strategic optimization solutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, social insurance, and compliance with all statutory policies.
4. Labor Relations & Legal Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with the Vietnam Labor Code, internal regulations, and all relevant legal requirements.
- Directly handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and labor disputes.
- Act as the primary representative in working with government authorities, trade unions, labor inspectors, and social insurance agencies.
5. Organizational Development (OD) & Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and develop the regional HR teams to ensure consistent HR standards nationwide.
- Implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs), training programs, and talent development initiatives.
- Monitor work efficiency, conduct performance appraisals, and foster the professional growth of the HR department.

Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and Trade Union operations.
- Strong expertise in handling labor discipline and dispute resolution in accordance with legal requirements.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, such as HR Manager, HR Director, or Head of HR.

- Proven track record of managing HR for large-scale organizations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business goals and employee relations.
