    ‐ HR system design & implementation (Job Grade, performance evaluation, promotion criteria, leadership structure, C&B policies)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    ①English: Intermediate
    ②More than 5 years of working experience in Japanese manufacturing companies (2000-3000 employees) as an HR staff with the task to design/make below.
