    One of our clients, which is selling the lamp, exposure machines, and illumination products is now looking for a Senior HR cum Admin.
    This company is listed in the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and They want someone who can help to set up for starting up a company.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Drafting legal contracts for transactions with clients
    -Starting up of ERP system which needs accounting knowledge
    -Supporting import/export tasks and Accounting
    -Managing Corporate Legal procedures and working with an Accounting consulting firm
    -Business trip to Ho Chi Minh City
    -Managing Employee's Attendance, Taking leave
    -Create an Evaluation system, and Keep updating the Salary Table
    -Helping the Payroll
    -Ho Chi Minh office closing Procedure and Transfering to Hanoi
    -Updating the workflow/operation of tasks related to AdminHR
    -Issuing warning letters to rule violators
    -Correspondence when new internal rules are set up
    -(In the future) Supervise the admin HR of Vietnam and the other 5 countries with 3 admin cum HRs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    ※Not a Job hopper who works longer than 3-5 years in 1 company.
    -Possesses Bachelor Degree
    -At least 5 years of working experience in HR tasks especially Payroll, and hiring activity in a Manufacturing or Trading firm
    -English: Upper-Intermediate level

    <Advantage>
    -Experience as manager and checking your member's Import and Export documents because you will have 1 member in this company.
