<Job Summary>We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Leader to drive the growth of our products in the Vietnamese market.Our core products and technologies are developed by our parent company. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, developing distribution channels, building strategic partnerships, and establishing our products in Vietnam.The role will also capture customer and market feedback and work with the parent company on product adaptation when necessary to meet local applications and customer needs.<Job Details>• Identify, approach and develop new markets, target customers and business opportunities in Vietnam.• Research market trends, customer needs and competitive products and translate insights into practical market development strategies.• Build and expand sales channels through dealers, distributors and strategic partners.• Identify, negotiate with and develop key partners; lead and motivate partners to actively develop the market and achieve shared business objectives.• Build strong relationships with designers, developers/owners, general contractors and other key stakeholders to promote specification and adoption of products in projects.• Develop projects from the early design/specification stage through to commercial opportunities and sales.• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for further collaboration and business expansion.• Work closely with the parent company and internal teams to communicate market feedback and propose product modifications/localization when required.• Support successful market introduction and commercialization of products.• Manage the business development pipeline, track opportunities and report key market insights and progress to management.
