  【Job Summary】
  Our company is a leading business support firm located in Hanoi, specializing in industrial real estate brokerage, media publication, and corporate transport solutions. We provide comprehensive consulting for foreign enterprises expanding into Vietnam, covering factory site visits, local marketing through our magazine, and business mobility services.
  
  As a Project Leader (Business Development), you will drive corporate growth through client acquisition, partnership management, and new media initiatives. You will take ownership of cross-functional tasks, facilitate internal and external stakeholders, and lead projects forward to expand our market presence across various foreign investment sectors.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Develop and handle business opportunities for Vietnamese talent with foreign clients.
  -Manage inquiries and lead generation from local Vietnamese companies.
  -Manage inquiries and business relations with non-Japanese clients (Taiwan, China, Korea, etc.).
  -Lead the setup and launch of the official Vietnamese website.
  -Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external business partners.
  -Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to drive projects forward.
  -Identify potential market needs and formulate business development proposals.
  -Monitor project progress and solve operational issues with high ownership.
  -Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  -Support the creation, review, and management of contracts and legal documents.
  -Support client communications regarding contracts and payment procedures.
  -Support clients in updating and revising advertising content in our magazine.
  -Support publication-related tasks.
  -Arrange airfare and hotel reservations for business trips.
  -Support preparation for exhibitions, seminars, events, etc.
  -Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  -Other related tasks.
