  【Job Overview】
  We are looking for a Sales / Customer Relations professional to join a major Japanese real estate developer.
  You will serve as the main point of contact for Taiwanese customers, providing a wide range of support related to residential and commercial properties.
  
  【Job Responsibilities】
  - Residential properties: Leasing, sales, resale, short-term stay reservations, and coordination with agents
  - Commercial properties: Event planning, tenant promotions, and advertising activities
  - Responding to inquiries from residents, property owners, and prospective residents
  - Planning and organizing events
  - Attracting and recruiting new residents
  - Coordinating with agents regarding property sales
  - Collaborating with the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and participating in new city tours
  - Other related duties
