  <Job Summary>
  One of our clients, a reputable Japanese trading company specialized in electronic components, is currently seeking an active and detail-oriented Sales Staff.
  In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, overseeing inventory and delivery schedules, handling import-export documentation, and providing essential support to both the Vietnamese Sales Leader and the Japanese General Manager to ensure smooth business operations.
  
  <Detail>
  - Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during the sales process.
  - Conduct after-sales customer support and relationship management.
  - Support procedures related to import-export operations, logistics, and commercial documentation.
  - Prepare periodic sales reports as required by management.
  - Support, guide, and provide advice to subordinates to ensure smooth business operations.
  - Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
