It provides high-quality raw materials, including chemicals, synthetic resins, and electronic materials, to major Japanese manufacturers. Operating with both trading and manufacturing functions, the company has built a stable financial foundation and a unique position in the global supply chain.
  
  As a Sales Staff, you will be responsible for expanding business and supporting operations within the chemical and resin sectors. The company is seeking proactive, self-motivated professionals who can independently cultivate new clients and solve problems without relying solely on brand recognition. This role requires individuals who can adapt to changing market trends, such as sustainability and localized procurement needs, and drive the business forward with strong ownership
  
  【Job Detail】
  - Conduct field sales and develop new business opportunities for chemical products, synthetic resins, and electronic components.
  -Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, mainly Japanese manufacturing companies.
  -Identify client needs for raw materials and propose appropriate technical and product solutions.
  -Prepare quotations, handle sales contracts, and manage order processing.
  -Issue shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary administrative paperwork (mainly for Sales Assistant).
  -Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery.
  -Monitor and track logistics, addressing any disruptions or supply chain issues proactively.
  -Conduct market research on industry trends, plastic regulations, and competitor activities in Vietnam.
  -Report sales activities, market feedback, and progress to the Japanese management team.
  -Other related tasks assigned by managers.
