    1) Be in charge of monitoring daily attendance; calculating salary, bonus and welfare.
    2) Be in charge of implementing insurance process (Social, Medical and Unemployment Insurances….)
    3) Be in charge of labour contract preparation & management.
    4) Support in recruitment and training activities.
    5) Be responsible for human resources development activities
    6) Support in promotion and development of HR & GA rules and policies.
    7) As an HR & GA member, play an important role in working as a link between the employee and the company
    8) Be in charge of matters of car and taxi arrangement, meeting material and report preparation, PIT registration.
    9) Participate in preparation and organization of the company's events
    10) Support in ISO implemetation and management.
    11) Perform other HR & GA jobs as assigned by the manager.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    < Must>
    1) University graduate
    2) Having at least 1 - year working experience in the similar position
    3) Having good knowledge in HR & GA field.
    4) Good planning, organization and English skills
    5) Be able to work independently and in a team
    6) Be active, honest, compliance-minded, hard-working, careful, detailed-minded and high sense of responsibilities
    7) Can work overtime and under high pressure

    < Prefer>
    1) Residence in Hung Yen province is preferable.
    2) Preferably in foreign-invested manufacturing companies
