  【Job Summary】
  A prestigious global trading company is seeking a highly competent Sales Executive to manage its expanding metal parts and machinery business in Vietnam.
  The company specializes in connecting high-quality manufacturing suppliers with global market demands, leveraging its extensive corporate network and long-standing reputation. In this role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical requirements from clients and local suppliers' capabilities.
  We are looking for an individual with an engineering mindset who can interpret technical drawings and maintain rigorous standard business communication in both Japanese.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Sourcing and evaluating local Vietnamese processing suppliers for various manufacturing projects.
  -Reviewing technical drawings and manufacturing blueprints (e.g., casting, aluminum machining) sent by clients.
  -Conducting clear, detailed communications with suppliers to check manufacturing feasibility.
  -Translating and interpreting technical data, specifications, and client requirements accurately into Japanese.
  -Preparing comprehensive and precise business quotations based on supplier feedback and conditions.
  -Managing data entry, client inquiries, and tracking sales records utilizing Microsoft Excel.
  -Maintaining daily business correspondence and reporting smoothly with Japanese expatriates.
  -Coordinating with internal team members, including other sales reps and assistants, to ensure operational efficiency.
  -Handling contract negotiations, delivery schedules, and logistics follow-ups for imported/exported items.
  -Other related tasks assigned by the Japanese manager.
