    - Develop objectives and the business plan
    - Allocate resources (including: human resources, budget…) and oversee implementation of business plans to achieve objectives
    - Organize and oversee customer and market intelligence analysis
    - Evaluate and prioritize market opportunities
    - Govern and manage product development program in local: selection of new potential products from Group; evaluation of the consumption of products to market opportunities and the proficiency of production
    - Develop and manage marketing plans, sales strategy in Vietnam, sales plans
    - Perform revenue accounting
    - Perform other tasks upon request

    <Must>
    1) University degree
    2) Fluent in Japanese (N2 up) and good enough English for working
    3) Proficient in Excel and general Office 365
    4) 2 years of experience in Sales Planning position, good working in sales database & sales figure summary and related sales report

    <Prefer>
    - Have sales experience in the automotive, electronics, or semiconductor industries, tape sales
    - Have experience working in Japan or Japanese manufacturing company.
