    As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth for Panasonic Process Automation products in Vietnam. This position requires a strong combination of technical knowledge and sales expertise.
    Your primary customers will be Chinese-Speaking electronics manufacturers, and your main product portfolio includes PCB assembly systems and smart factory solutions.
    In addition to sales responsibilities, you will act as a key coordinator, ensuring smooth collaboration between customers, our factory, the service team, parts sales team, and agents—maintaining a balanced and effective communication flow across all stakeholders.

    - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets for Process Automation products.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-Speaking electronics manufacturers in Vietnam to expand market presence and foster long-term business partnerships.
    - Maximize sales opportunities and customer retention through regular written and verbal communication, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions.
    - Provide technical consultations to customers, including product demonstrations, customized solutions, and technical support during the sales process.
    - Prepare proposals and quotations, and lead commercial negotiations related to product pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales support.
    - Coordinate closely with internal departments (factory, service team, parts sales team, agents) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
    - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and contribute to product development initiatives.
    - Support marketing efforts by participating in and organizing seminars, trade shows, and other promotional events.
    - Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the supervisor or management team.

  • Yêu cầu

    [Must]

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or automation industry.
    • Native Chinese speaker (nationality: Chinese) with strong communication skills in English.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.

    [Prefer]

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of PCB assembly systems, factory automation, or related technical products is an advantage.
