- Responsible for work as a HR Manager

- Manage and oversee all Human Resources department operations
- Directly resolve arising HR issues as instructed by the Department Director/Deputy Director.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers.

<MUST>
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a HR Manager
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher (Excellent verbal and written communication).
<SKILLS>
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities.
