    1. Sales & Market Development

    - Technical consultation: Answer customer inquiries and provide technical advice on specialized tire products (Road, MTB, Gravel, tubeless tires, folding bead / wire bead tires).

    - Dealer network development (B2B): Identify, approach, and establish relationships with bicycle shops and cycling clubs nationwide.

    - Order management: Monitor the entire process from order confirmation and packaging to delivery and accounts receivable collection.

    - Customer service: Maintain post-sales relationships and handle customer complaints related to technical product issues (if any).

    2. Communication & Marketing

    - Content creation: Develop plans and directly produce content (article writing, photography, short video filming) for Fanpage, TikTok, and the company website.

    - Community management: Actively engage in major cycling groups, answer inquiries, and subtly integrate product promotion.

    - Event organization: Coordinate the organization of technical workshops on tire/tube replacement, or set up exhibition booths at amateur cycling races.

    - Market research: Monitor new product trends and report on competitors’ activities (Maxxis, Continental, Schwalbe, Michelin, etc.).

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    - Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Economics, Businesss Administration, Ecomercial Business or related majors.
    - English: At least Intermediate level
    - Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sports bicycles, tire brands, and bicycle components.

    - Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills; logical thinking; content creation; ability to work independently and in teams; ability to work under sales pressure.

    - Attitude: Passion for cycling, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, enthusiastic mindset.

    - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

    - Having experience about EOM sales products such as Lube, Rubber, Tire, Batery, etc
