  Are you an experienced Project Leader / Project Manager with a strong background in IT and software delivery for the Japanese market? We are seeking a proactive and results-driven leader to manage complex projects, ensure high-quality outcomes, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and Japanese clients.
  
  <Job Detail>
  - Plan and lead implementation projects of varying size and complexity
  - Manage project teams, including task assignment, progress tracking, and quality assurance
  - Estimate workload, develop work plans, and oversee delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  - Ensure accurate project reporting, including risk and change management, and financial control
  - Build and manage team members, including training, development, and career path planning
  - Lead and execute tasks to ensure project success across quality, cost, and schedule
  - Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external clients
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Senior Manager.
