    【Job Summary】
    We are hiring a Customer Support Assistant Leader to manage and oversee customer support operations for a well-known Japanese smartphone game application.
    The role involves responding to customer inquiries in Japanese and supervising Vietnamese staff who handle Japanese-language support. The candidate will also coordinate with the Japanese headquarters and client companies to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

    【Job Details】
    - Respond to customer inquiries via email in Japanese for a major smartphone game application
    - Provide operational guidance and quality control for Vietnamese staff (JLPT N3 or above)
    - Manage team progress and workflow (team size: 5+ members)
    - Conduct quality management for assigned projects
    - Handle client communication and reporting
    - Evaluate staff performance
    - Manage shift scheduling and working environment
    - Coordinate operations with the parent company in Japan
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - JLPT N2 or above(Must have certificate)
    - Experience in customer support (email/chat)
    - Experience managing a team of 5 or more members
    - Basic IT literacy (Windows, smartphone, general IT knowledge)
    - Practical experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

    <Prefer>
    - Experience working with or playing Japanese smartphone games (especially RPG or gacha games)
    - Trainer or Supervisor experience in customer support (email/chat/phone)
    - 2+ years of experience in the BPO industry
    - Experience in online services or e-commerce operations
    - English: Intermediate level
    - Experience working in a Japanese company or living in Japan
