  <Job Summary>
  One of the most famous construction companies in Japan, is looking for a "Chief Accountant".
  This company serves as a link between the head office in Japan and each group company in Vietnam.
  Then, various projects are outsourced from this company to each group company in Vietnam.
  
  <Job description (details)>
  1. Accounting:
  Performs the job in the accounting department as: preparing, following and checking all accounting document such as bank transaction, cash, payment transfer, receivable and payable,...and input data into accounting software (FAST). Store document fully, in accordance with the company’s regulations and tax requirements.
  Prepare monthly, quartly and yearly financial report and variances analysis as required.
  Assist to consider and impletement the company’s accounting policies and procedures.
  Liaise with banks, customers, suppliers, etc. about accounting related matters.
  Assisting the manager for preparing consolidated report.
  
  2. Tax:
  Make tax declaration and finalization (VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT,..) in a timely and accurate manner.
  Make all tax payment within the due date.
  Work with the tax authority in case of having any tax issues or inspections.
  
  3. Audit:
  Working with auditors yearly for financial reports, and TP report.
  
  4. HR
  Salary calculation and payment.
  Social insurance fee calculation and payment
  5. Other tasks assigned by General Director or the Manager.
