    Responsible to entirely control import- export in a process of from Import Material to Ship for all the Goods produced
    • Manage import for raw materials and components
    • Manage shipping schedule, delivery control, and exporting for finished goods
    • Update and apply Customs law, government policy, propose to improve Customs formality
    • Establish the targets and streamline processes to incorporate with the government regulations
    • Ensure compliance with all trade regulations and changes, sharing import-export related knowledge with colleagues involved.
    • Other tasks will be asked by Senior Manager

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    - University or higher degree in related filed
    - English: Upper - Intermediate level or Japanese N2 inter level and English is conversation level
    - Over 5 years' experience in Import-Export Manager position
    - In depth knowledge of Customs regulations, Import-Export regulations, HS code, Tax
    - Knowledge of procedures for destruction of machinery, equipment, raw materials and finished products.
    - Used to work with customs audit
    - FDI Manufacturing experience (EPE is preferred)
    - Having knowledge of Warehouse operations.
    - Having experience in reporting to Oversea Headquarter.
    - Management, negotiation skills
    - Staff development skills.
    - Time management, planning skills, communication skill (internal and external)

    - Having both English & Japanese skill
    - EPE experience
