ご紹介先は日本にて上場しているゼネコン企業となり、営業ノルマもなく安定した母体で勤務可能です。
【業務内容】
・ご自身で目標訪問件数を計画頂き、営業スケジュールを策定
・既存企業へのコンタクトを取り、工業地帯への顧客訪問を実施
・製造企業に対し、新規工場増設ニーズ、或いは工場メンテナンスのニーズヒアリングを実施
・新規企業へのアポイント取得、また日本人上長と共に訪問を実施
・小売り業界などのお客様への訪問を通し、新規店舗開店のニーズヒアリングを実施
・ベトナム北部の地方エリアや、中部への出張
・営業レポートの作成、営業進捗の報告

<Job Summary>One of our clients, which is a very famous Japanese construction firm, is now looking for a Leasing & Marketing Executive.Main responsibility is executing sales activity with following the Manager.Candidate will be reporting to the Manager of Leasing & Marketing.<Job description (details)>- Source for prospective tenants for office and retail spaces;- Contact and manage real estate agencies;- Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiation with prospective tenants both approached directly and through agencies;- Cooperate with other internal departments such as Building Management, Construction Management, and Accounting department;- Instruct junior colleagues and designate tasks for them to do;- Plan marketing activities and discuss with superior;- Doing yearly budget for Leasing revenue and Leasing & Marketing expenses;- Update information about the property market and proposed competitive leasing strategy from time to time;- Work with legal consulant company to update all the leasing templates of the building which is in line with the prevailing laws and regulations;- Update the Tenancy Schedule monthly (when the building come into operation) to check the actual monthly occupancy and rental revenue;- Follow up with tenant’s request on the lease during the lease term and support Accounting department in collecting rental payment (if necessary);- Follow up with tenants and accounting for annual rental review and lease renewal;- Other tasks as required by General Manager.

【Job Summary】- Responsible for Importation Program Lead, Launch Readiness Lead & Alliance 【Job Summary】1. Importation Program Lead- Develop & manage Importation Program strategies & action plans for the oncology product portfolio in Vietnam for both short and mid-term.- Manage & monitor the implementation of Importation Program action plans to achieve the Importation Program objectives, territories & customer coverage.- Manage the implementation of medical materials request - Conduct Importation Program medical activities (advisory board, scientific meeting,…)- Build & develop good relationship with customers & territories.- Provide feedback on customer needs and manage customer expectations proactively.- Analyze and evaluate market changes, and competitors’ activities and propose the amendment and adjustment to the current Importation Program plan productively, aligned with the company’s regulations.- Comply, review, and prepare periodical reports to be submitted to the direct manager.- Maintain effective communication and working relationships across functions.- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.2.
