  One of our clients, which is a very famous Japanese trading company, is now looking for a Deputy of General manager for Construction Materials.
  You will have around 10 subordinates and be reporting to Director.
  
  ■Products: Steel products related to Construction / General construction and civil engineering products
  ■Main customers: Domestic companies
  
  【What you will be working on】
  -Hunting New clients by using your own great network between the clients.
  -Serch and Develop a new sales market in Vietnam.
  -Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  -Organize working process between the Head Of the company’s departments and lead weekly or monthly coordination meetings.
  -Manage own subordinate's sales KPI
  -Conducting Training of the Sales team
