  One of our clients, which is trading Plastics products, is now looking for Import-Export staff.
  
  Import and export: Sales support= 9:1
  
  【What you will be working on】
  
  <Import and export>
  - Contact customers and suppliers to process export-import operation
  - Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress.
  - Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
  - Compute international fees for each shipment.
  - Keep track of shipment payments and data and register packages with government agencies.
  
  <Sales support>
  - Process documentation, such as customs clearance...
  - Arrange meeting schedules
  - Others assigned by managers
  
  <Language>
  - English: communicate with a client via e-mail or on the phone
  - Japanese: communicate with the Japanese manager.
  * The candidate will communicate with HQ if the candidates can communicate in Japanese well.
