  * Receive information from customers and the Sales Department, and coordinate promptly with related departments
  * Prepare quotations, contracts, ringi applications, Delivery Orders, and receiving documents
  * Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and customer purchasing status
  * Arrange transportation and monitor delivery schedules until machines and parts reach customer sites
  * Support preparation of import/export documents for machines and parts
  * Support visa, work permit, and temporary residence card applications for foreign employees
  * Conduct quarterly CIT analysis and support general administrative tasks
  * Manage office documents, products, and other office-related items
  * Other related tasks as assigned
