  We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Hanoi office of a Japanese clinic group as a Sales Assistant. This is a highly rewarding position where you will work closely with a Japanese sales representative to promote health check-up services to Japanese companies, based in a clean and modern clinic environment.
  The clinic employs many Japanese doctors and staff, providing high-quality medical services that meet Japanese standards. There are also plans to introduce an incentive system in the future, allowing your performance and contributions to be directly recognized and rewarded.
  We are looking for proactive candidates who are eager to support the growth of a new office and build a long-term career as a core member of the organization.
  
  <Job description (details)>
  - Acquire appointments with Japanese companies for the introduction of health check-up services
  - Accompany the Japanese sales representative on client visits, providing interpretation and support
  - Conduct hearings to identify client companies’ medical needs and challenges
  - Assist in adjusting and negotiating contract terms for health check-up plans
  - Provide follow-up support and customer service after contract conclusion
  - Coordinate with Japanese doctors and back-office staff regarding service delivery
  - Handle customer inquiries and provide initial response in case of issues or troubles
  - Prepare and translate sales materials
  - Monitor market trends and create target lists of potential client companies
  - Perform other related administrative tasks associated with sales activities
