  【Job Summary】
  - Responsibility for Sales activities
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  a. Business Development & Sales Strategy
  - Market Research & Planning: Conduct market research to propose and develop strategic action plans and sales strategies for industrial robots and robotics systems.
  - Sales Execution: Execute sales plans and solicit prospective clients to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  - Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and product applications across multiple sectors, particularly in Factory Automation.
  b. Sales Operations & Client Relationship Management
  - End-to-End Sales Management: Engage directly with customers and partners across all stages of proposals — from initial requirement gathering and quotation/technical proposal generation to PO handling and after-sales service support
  - Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and system integrators.
  - Customer Inquiry Resolution: Resolve and respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely, professional, and effective manner to ensure high satisfaction.
  c. Partner Support & Marketing
  - Distributor & Partner Support: Work closely with authorized distributors and the internal engineering team to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.
  - Consultation & Seminars: Provide technical consultation, conduct service training, and lead technical seminars for partners and clients.
