    <Job Summary>
    One of our clients, which is a general consulting company, is now looking for the "Sales staff".
    They are committed to the work of strengthening their clients' organizations, mainly by implementing HR systems and providing education and training to their clients.

    Sales
    - Taking care of current clients assigned by supervisors
    - Seeking new clients (Calling/Visiting/Making proposals/Meetings)
    - Working with other members/departments to complete the customer’s request.
    - Reporting any unusual activity to direct supervisors.
    Project Lead
    Take part in all stages of delivering projects, the process of project implementation, with the guidance of an OJT Leader. (Preparing documents for training, collaborating with other stakeholders to set schedules, supporting Consultants, preparing reports)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level
    - More than 3 years of experience working as BtoB sales in a Japanese company
    - Having interested in HR training and HR systems

    <Prefer>
    - Extensive practical experience in new client development
    - Having experience living in Japan.
    - Having worked for a Japanese company with a Japanese supervisor
    - Having experience working for HR companies and consulting firms
    - Having experience of corporate sales in intangible goods.
    (preference given to those with experience at consulting firms, staffing agencies, financial institutions, IT companies, trading companies, etc.)
