Phát triển đội ngũ• Phối hợp HR tuyển dụng Giám sát Bán hàng phù hợp cho khu vực.• Đánh giá năng lực đội ngũ thông qua hoạt động thị trường và xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo.• Đánh giá định kỳ, huấn luyện nâng cao năng lực, kỹ năng và thái độ làm việc.• Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh nhằm đạt mục tiêu đề ra.• Xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực, khuyến khích phát triển cá nhân.5. Tuân thủ quy định và quản lý DMS• Kiểm tra, kiểm soát dữ liệu khu vực trên hệ thống DMS, đảm bảo tính chính xác.• Thực hiện các quy định khác theo yêu cầu của công ty từng thời điểm.6. Đánh giá và báo cáo• Đánh giá hiệu quả từng khu vực dựa trên doanh số, lợi nhuận và thị phần.• Báo cáo kết aquả kinh doanh, tiến độ mục tiêu và hoạt động khu vực cho cấp trên.• Phân tích dữ liệu, thị trường và đối thủ để đề xuất cải tiến và điều chỉnh chiến lược.7.
