• Job Description

  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for managing all activities of the IT Department in Viet Nam
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  1. Project management:
  - Responsible for managing the "development/design team" and "requirements/design team",
  - Directing planning, execution, quality control,
  - Monitoring and reporting, and progress capture and coordination projects.
  
  2. Labor management:
  - Evaluate members of the IT department,
  - Provide development directions
  - Recruit new positions
  
  3. Profit management:
  - Plan and manage budgets for the IT department,
  - Manage budgets for each project and ensure completion within budget.
  
  4. Contact:
  - Coordinate with the team leaders "Development/Design Team" and "Requirements/Design Team" to exchange information with the parent company's IT department in Japan, other departments of the parent company, and Vietnam to understand and grasp project requirements.
  
  5. Develop and implement strategies:
  - Develop and implement strategic plans, and promote improvement activities for Anrakutei Vietnam's IT department
