  • Job Description

    One of our clients, which is the manufacturing firm of socks, is now looking for an HR/ Logistics Admin staff.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Joining of the HR team and Logistics team
    -Implement the recruitment process for factory workers and staff: advertisement of recruitment, CV shortlist, interview arrangement, creating an offer letter
    -Dealing with social insurance, PIT calculation, finalization, and payroll calculation.
    -Handling all shipments ie shipping schedules, and shipping documents
    -Caring about company operation is following CSR and if any problem will suggest to the Japanese manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】

    (Must)
    -Bachelor Degree
    -At least 3~5 years of HR experience in a Manufacturing firm in a Japanese company
    -English: Japanese: N2 OR Intermediate level (Japanese is better)
    -Being Familiar with Factory HR operations such as Suggesting better Salary tables, Allowance, and Benefits in factories, Evaluation rule
    -Living or being able to relocate to Nghe An

    (Experience)
    -Experience in Handling Logistics/Import-Export documents, and arranging shipping schedules.
