  • Job Description

    *HR Tasks
    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and provide counseling on HR policies and procedures
    - Update salary regulation, salary table… to be in line with legal regulations requirements on salary and wages.
    - Update company rules and Employee’s Handbook
    - Manage and build company culture
    - Develop and implement employee’s performance evaluation criteria, method and process

    *Administrative tasks:
    - Update the timesheet of all staff
    - Prepare the payroll and PIT declaration
    - Handle compulsory insurance and union trade procedures
    - Handle procedures for foreign expats such as house rental, visa, work permit….
    - Book hotel, air ticket for employees business trip.
    - Prepare labor contract, and company’s decisions regarding HR issues.
    - Maintain accurate and proper employee records and ensure the privacy rule for each employee.

    * Recruitment:
    - Develop and monitor recruitment plan
    - Prepare job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process
    - Attend interview and give advice for staff recruitment.
    • Orient new employees with company regulations and train existing employees
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    - Encourage and maintain employee relations by undertaking necessary consultation and effective communication with employees.
    - Communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance
    - Resolve any problem related to human resource such as claims about salary, working time, labor contracts...
    • Organize company events such as company trip, team-building activities…
    • Supervise GA work in office
    • Other requirements from BOD

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Have at least 3,5 year-experience in position of HR and GA
    • Good command of both written and spoken English
    • Good knowledge and understanding of Labor Code and HR-related law and Labor market
    • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to engage in meaningful
    negotiation and resolution
    • Work well under pressure

  • Benefit

    - Compulsory Insurance;
    - Annual Leave:
    + Enough 12 months (including 2 months of probation): full paid 12 days of leave.
    + Enough 12 months (including 2 months of probation): plus 1 leave day for family beside 12 days of basic leave.
    - Bonus:
    + 13th monthly salary equivalent 1 month’s salary.
    + Under 12 working months: paid on a pro rata basis during the first 12 months.
    Condition: the staff is still working at payment time.
