• Job Description

  - Carry out project sales work to complete assigned targets based on the team's AOP targets.
  - Search for potential project owners/DVs, establish & build close relationships with owner’s departments such as design management department, bidding department... to advise on company product and update tendered project information.
  - Approach and build relationships with architect companies, introduce company products, and spec – in product specification into the design and spec of the project to help increase the chance of winning the project.
  - Cooperate with contractors and project fabricators to coordinate consulting on technical solutions, quote prices, and bid for project.
  - Maximum support to fabricators and partners in supplying, technical consulting and installation of company products.
  - Support the installation supervision team and fabricator in solving problems that arise with the PJ owner and main contractor related to the installation of company product of the project.
  - Support the operations team to urge fabricators to pay and pick up goods according to contract agreements and announced plans.
  Learn about competitors & contribute opinion in building sales policies
  - Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
