    - Take charge of C&B group specializing in Payroll field
    - Check attendance system
    - Check and manage employee data
    - Proceed Payroll calculation
    - Proceed PIT declaration and finalization
    - Forecast labor expense
    - Proceed periodical report
    - Register salary scale, review company benefit policy
    - Update Labor Law & related law
    - Manage procedure of disciplinary, labor contract signing, performance evaluation, satisfaction survey,…
    - Control procedure supporting foreigner laborers (work permit, residence, …)
    - Lead team C&B to achieve operation objectives
    - Lead C&B staffs following ISO 9001

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have
    - University graduated, major: HR/ Administration
    - 1 year experience as C&B Team Leader
    - English (advanced) or Japanese (N3)

    * SKILLS
    - Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork
    - Honest, careful and detail orientation
    - MS Office Proficiency
    - Change management
