  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for sales & sales support
  
  【Job description (details)】
  1. Client Relations & Sales Support
  - Participate in meetings and discussions with clients.
  - Visit client offices, factories, and construction sites.
  - Accompany Japanese expatriates during client visits or conduct independent client visits when required.
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and handle communication and negotiations.
  
  2. Project Coordination
  - Coordinate and communicate with partner companies and subcontractors.
  - Support overall project execution and coordination activities.
  
  3. Translation & Interpretation
  - Translate quotations, proposals, company brochures, and other business documents.
  - Provide interpretation support during meetings with clients and business partners.
  
  4. Sales Administration & Trade Operations
  - Prepare quotations and contracts.
  - Handle customs clearance procedures for imported goods.
  - Manage customs procedures in Vietnam, including bonded and on-site customs clearance.
  
  5. Other Duties
  - Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the General Director (CEO).
  - Travel domestically and internationally when required.
