  【Job Summary】
  1. Accounting management:
  - Manage accounting department, check financial statements, monthly reports sent to the group
  - Check invoices and payment documents,...
  - Finance: manage and approve income and expenditure before sending to the CEO
  - Supervise and prepare reports for state agencies: investment reports, and loan reports for state banks
  - Make estimates
  - Check the implementation and payment of social insurance
  - Reciprocal audit with the Japanese party
  - Verifying quotes, payment requests, and contracts submitted by each department
  - Gathering information on legal and regulatory changes from the government, tax authorities, labor authorities, etc., and disseminating it internally
  
  2. HR/GA
  - Human Resources:
  + Manage labor contracts, and leave and leave procedures for employees.
  + Understand clearly insurance processes and procedures...
  + Arrange, post jobs, and support recruitment when needed
  + Check timekeeping and salary calculation
  
  - Administration:
  + General management
  + Manage documents from relevant departments to transfer to accounting services
  + Check quotes, Debit notes, contracts... from other departments
  + Update new regulations of the state, tax authorities, and labor department...
