1. Trước khi vận hành nhà máy- Thực hiện kiểm tra thực địa các tuyến đường vận chuyển theo chỉ đạo của quản lý, bao gồm tham gia chạy thử,ghi nhận tình trạng mặt đường, độ dốc và thời gian di chuyển.- Xây dựng và lập chiến lược mạng lưới vận tải nội địa tối ưu, đánh giá các phương án như vận chuyển thẳng so vớimô hình hub-and-spoke.- Đàm phán điều khoản và ký kết hợp đồng với các công ty vận tải xe tải- Kiểm tra tuyến đường vận chuyển từ từng tỉnh nguồn, kiểm tra tình trạng đường, cơ sở hạ tầng bốc xếp và xâydựng kế hoạch tuyến đường tối ưu.- Xây dựng mô hình chi phí vận chuyển dựa trên dữ liệu khảo sát thực địa.- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo của quản lý.2. Sau khi vận hành nhà máy- Quản lý và giám sát lịch tiếp nhận nhiên liệu hàng ngày, giao hàng bằng xe tải và sà lan với phế phẩm gỗ và cácnguyên liệu sinh khối tương tự, tại nhà máy điện.- Liên tục xác định các vấn đề vận hành vận tải và triển khai cải tiến để tối ưu hóa luồng logistics hàng ngày.- Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu phục vụ giảm chi phí vận chuyển bao gồm đo mức tiêu thụ nhiên liệu thực tế, thờigian chờ xe và thời gian bốc/dỡ hàng.- Tìm kiếm và xây dựng quan hệ với các đối tác vận tải đáp ứng yêu cầu về chất lượng và độ tin cậy của công ty
