- The Country Programme Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of major transformational programmes within the country. Programme Delivery & Execution:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large scale transformation programmes, driving initiatives from inception through to benefits realization- Translate global and regional strategics into actionable, country-specific execution plans- Ensure all programmes deliver measurable business values and sustainable outcomes, aligning technical achievements with strategic objectives - Proactively coordinate interdependencies across workstreams, vendors and parallel initiatives to ensure seamless execution2. Governance, Risk & Control:- Establish and uphold robust programme governance frameworks, including steering committees, stage gates and escalation mechanisms- Ensure rigorous compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and risk management best practices - Identify, assess, and actively manage programme risks, issues and dependencies; driving timely resolution and escalation where required.- Deliver accurate, transparent reporting on programme status, financials, risks and outcomes to both country and regional leadership3.
