- Responsible for achieving the premium targets via new business, renewal business, customer service activities.
- Develop new prospects, new businesses on assigned insurance classes/lines (Commercial, cargo, travel...) via proper channels.
- Refer to the underwriting department to prepare and self up quotation with proper terms and conditions.
- Prepare quotation and negotiate with clients
- Follow-up and manage outstanding premiums of assigned accounts.
- Proceed renewal business and cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets.
- Maintain client database and profile, respond, and support all client's requests regarding the covers of insurance contact.
- Initiate and maintain customer service activities, client visits.. to improve customer trust and loyalty.
- Cooperate with relevant departments in claim handling, risk survey, loss control, and other customer services activities for clients
- Other tasks as required by line manager
- 13th month Bosus fixed (14th month: depending on your performance)

Collaborate with teammates to set specifications for new
Design prototypes according to specifications.
Develop applications or enhancements, either locally or with vendors within deadlines.
Perform unit, integration, functional and non-functional tests.
Work with user to execute user-acceptance tests.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Compose technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
Compose release documents/user manuals/guides for end users effectively.
Ensure quality of developed applications and services
Timely/periodically report all information to higher managers.
As per assigned by superiors and other office work as required by the Company.
