-Hanoi (General)工作内容
- To handle non-marine claims (Property, Engineering, Liability,…)- To handle other kinds of insurance claims depending on actual requirements.- To handle the coinsurance & reinsurance claims (inward, outward), subrogation recoveries.- To support Division Leader/Managers in statistics and claims managements, prepare data for reporting and internal meetings.- To deliver necessary training sessions and seminar to the clients.- To comply with the procedures, guidelines and compliance requirements.- To set appropriate reserves and effect claim payments within the authorized limit and report to authorized persons as required.- To follow up outstanding claims information and negotiate with claimants for settling of the claims.- To keep a good communication with customers (internal and external) to achieve greater customer satisfaction claims services.- To observe accuracy, completeness and timeliness when carrying out daily responsibilities.- Other claims documents control and data storage as required.

1. Dealer/ partner service - To sell motor insurance via dealer & partner channels - To develop motor dealer channel - To keep relationship with Dealers/ Partner to push sale volume - To expand the network via dealer & partner channels - To set up sale campaign & KPI for Dealer/ partner to promote sale - To conduct non-life insurance seminars for both current and potential dealers (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure) - To organize risk management seminars for current and potential dealers 2. Dealer Service: - Support Dealers to bring high service quality to - To offer quotations for via dealers (new & renew) timely - To issue insurance policies - To look for new dealers approaching, persuade them to selling insurance and taking care of dealers - Report income & outcome for Dealers 3. Outstanding/Unclear Premium: - To update the status of outstanding premium and follow up the overdue premium to ensure collecting premium fully and timely - Monthly monitor’s dealer input & output 4. Business Administration: - To report any unusual problems to direct management 5. To cooperate with concerned divisions/departments for all related jobs 6. Other tasks as assigned by line management

1. Client services:• Timely renew insurance policies, strictly following Renewal Guideline of the Division• Follow up client’s growth & requirements• Design insurance program matching with client’s requirement• Keep & develop the relationship with clients/local insurer company• Negotiate terms & conditions with clients and reinsurers• Provide consulting services to clients• Explore new clients2. Business Administration:• Assist supervisors to handle client services• Prepare and submit the quotations to clients as per Division’s Guidelines• Plan client meeting schedules• Strictly follow up Premium Collection• Provide training, supervision and support subordinates. 3. Co-ordination with other Divisions:• Cooperate with Corporate Claims Division / Retail Claims Division staff for claim matters of assigned clients• Cooperate with Underwriting division for daily works as well as arising matters related to policy issuance, underwriting information & survey schedule• Cooperate with Accounting for premium collection4. Reports• Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the Manager5. Other office works as required by the Company
