1. Credit Transaction Execution:- Manage processing of credit transactions (loans, guarantees, derivatives) in accordance with credit agreements and regulatory standards.- Oversee loan disbursement, documentation checks, periodic reviews, interest rate adjustments.- Monitor maturity dates, repayment schedules for loans and derivatives, ensuring timely action and risk mitigation.- Maintain transaction status tracking, manage daily administrative tasks with precision, and contribute to continuous process improvement.2. Agent Role Leadership:- Act as the lead agent and/or account bank/security agent in syndicated loan deals.- Lead contract reviews, coordinate receipt of agreements and secured assets, and oversee documentation flows.- Act as the central point of contact for communication between borrowers, lenders, and internal parties.3. Client & Business Support:- Serve as the primary contact for client requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.- Provide guidance on documentation and compliance requirements, supporting relationship managers (RMs) in delivering exceptional client service.4. Internal Coordination:- Collaborate with RMs, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues, maintain high service standards, and ensure seamless transaction flow.5. Other Duties: as assigned by Team Head/Department Head.

- The Country Programme Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of major transformational programmes within the country. This role ensures that complex, multi-year initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives, while meeting regulatory, risk and governance requirements. - The role serves as the single point of accountability for programme execution at the country level, working closely with country and regional management, programme sponsors, as well as technology, operations and risk functions. Programme Delivery & Execution:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large scale transformation programmes, driving initiatives from inception through to benefits realization- Translate global and regional strategics into actionable, country-specific execution plans- Ensure all programmes deliver measurable business values and sustainable outcomes, aligning technical achievements with strategic objectives - Proactively coordinate interdependencies across workstreams, vendors and parallel initiatives to ensure seamless execution2. Governance, Risk & Control:- Establish and uphold robust programme governance frameworks, including steering committees, stage gates and escalation mechanisms- Ensure rigorous compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and risk management best practices - Identify, assess, and actively manage programme risks, issues and dependencies; driving timely resolution and escalation where required.- Deliver accurate, transparent reporting on programme status, financials, risks and outcomes to both country and regional leadership3. Stakeholder & Change Management:- Drive alignment between country and region, as well as business and technology stakeholders, to ensure unified ownership of outcomes- Oversee programme budgets, forecasts, and financial controls, ensuring disciplined cost management and maximized value delivery- Lead and manage internal and external resources, including programme teams, vendors, and system integrators, to achieve strategic objectives
