- The Country Programme Manager is Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of major transformational programmes within the country. This role ensures that complex, multi-year initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives, while meeting regulatory, risk and governance requirements. - The role acts as the single point of accountability for programme execution at the country level, working closely with country and regional management, programme sponsors, technology, operations and risk functionsKey Responsibilities1. Programme Delivery & Execution:- Own the end-to-end delivery of one or more large scale transformation programmes, from initiation through to benefits realization- Translate global and regional strategics to country specific execution plans- Ensure programmes deliver measurable business outcomes, not just technical milestones- Proactively manage interdependences across workstreams, vendors and parallel initiatives2. Governance, Risk & Control- Establish and maintain strong programme governance, including steering committees, stage gates and escalation mechanisms- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations, audit requirements and risk management standards - Identify, asses and actively manage programme risks, issues and dependencies; drive timely resolution and escalation where required.- Provide accurate, transparent reporting on programme status, financials, risks and outcomes to country and regional leadership3. Stakeholder & Change Management- Drive alignment between country and region; business and technology stakeholders to ensure shared ownership of outcomes- Own programme budgets, forecasts and financial controls, ensuring disciplined cost management and value delivery- Manage internal and external resources including programme teams, vendors and system integrators
