Để mua sắm thiết bị nhằm đánh giá hiệu suất, bạn chuẩn bị các thông số kỹ thuật để giải thích cho nhà cung cấp thiết bị, quản lý tiến độ, quản lý chi phí và kiểm tra hiệu suất tại thời điểm lắp đặt thiết bị cho đến khi hoàn tất lắp đặt thiết bị.3. Thiết kế các đồ gá lắp cần thiết để đánh giá hiệu suất, đặt hàng với nhà cung cấp hoặc yêu cầu đội bảo trì sản xuất chúng.4. Thảo luận về nội dung kiểm tra đánh giá hiệu suất với nhóm kỹ thuật, lên kế hoạch tiến độ kiểm tra và phối hợp với các nhóm khác và nhóm kỹ thuật để đảm bảo việc đánh giá diễn ra theo đúng tiến độ.5. Kiểm tra độ bền của Khung bảo vệ người lái (OHG): Tải thử được thả rơi tự do từ bề mặt trên của OHG để kiểm tra mức độ hư hỏng và biến dạng của vết nứt. Thử nghiệm dựa trên ISO6055.6. [Kiểm tra các bộ phận thành phần] Kiểm tra độ bền của Trụ Nâng: Việc nâng và hạ trụ nâng được thực hiện theo chu trình quy định để kiểm tra hư hỏng và rò rỉ dầu của từng bộ phận.7. [Kiểm tra độ bền và sức mạnh thực tế của xe]8. Kiểm tra động học : Một máy đo biến dạng được gắn vào phần chịu ứng suất cao của khung và ứng suất được đánh giá bằng cách lái xe theo lộ trình MIL. Phân tích độ bền mỏi từ dữ liệu và đường cong SN được sử dụng để xác định tuổi thọ của xe hoặc bộ phận.9.
