Mô tả công việc• Tiếp nhận đơn hàng từ khách hàng, kiểm tra và xác định đúng mã sản phẩm/chủng loại sản phẩm, sau đó nhập đơn hàng vào hệ thống và tiến hành xử lý đơn hàng. • Thông báo thời gian sản xuất dự kiến cho khách hàng. • Theo dõi và cập nhật tình trạng sản xuất, lịch tàu/lịch giao hàng cho khách hàng, đảm bảo đơn hàng được sản xuất đúng tiến độ đã cam kết. • Chuẩn bị chứng từ xuất hàng cho khách hàng và theo dõi sát tiến độ giao hàng, đảm bảo hàng hóa được giao đến khách hàng đúng thời hạn. • Trao đổi, đàm phán với khách hàng và phối hợp với nhà máy để giải quyết các trường hợp đơn hàng bị chậm tiến độ giao hàng. • Chuẩn bị nguyên vật liệu dựa trên dự báo nhu cầu từ khách hàng. • Lập báo giá và soạn thảo hợp đồng bán hàng gửi khách hàng. • Tiếp nhận và phản hồi các yêu cầu, khiếu nại của khách hàng sau bán hàng. • Theo dõi và thu hồi công nợ hàng tháng.
