    One of our clients, which is an international Accounting firm, is now looking for CFO - Chief Financial Officer
    This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team operating in a global environment.

    【What you will be working on】
    Financial Reporting & Management
    • Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
    • Monitor profitability across business units, clients, and projects
    • Support accurate month-end and year-end reporting
    • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations

    Operational Finance
    • Improve financial processes and internal controls
    • Assist with pricing analysis and business performance monitoring
    • Work closely with management to improve efficiency and profitability
    • Monitor debtor management and cash collection processes

    International & Group Finance
    • Coordinate financial activities across Australia, Vietnam, and Israel
    • Manage intercompany transactions and reporting
    • Assist with compliance requirements including GST/BAS, payroll, and tax-related reporting

    Team & Systems
    • Support and supervise bookkeeping/accounting staff
    • Assist with implementation and improvement of finance systems and reporting tools
    • Help build scalable finance processes for future growth

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
    • CPA / CA qualified (or equivalent)
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles
    • Previous experience working directly with Australian companies is mandatory
    • Ability to work during overlapping Australian business hours is required
    • Strong Australian accounting and financial reporting experience
    Experience with Australian accounting systems and compliance is highly regarded
    • Experience working with Australian businesses is essential
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
    • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
    • Commercial mindset with strong analytical ability
    • Highly organised and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment
