<Job Summary>
We are seeking a Business Development Sales professional to take the frontline in leading our "Vietnam Market Expansion," a core pillar of our global growth strategy. As a core member of market expansion, you will be responsible for everything from the upstream design to the execution of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. We expect you to be a key person driving business expansion in Vietnam by agilely promoting new client acquisition and partner building. (Note: While your primary role is business development and sales, you are also expected to provide support for ERP system implementation tasks depending on resource availability.)

*Your main focus will be driving GTM and sales activities for the Vietnam market.
■ GTM Promotion & Business Development Sales
- Upstream design and execution of GTM strategies for entry and expansion into the Vietnamese market.
- New client acquisition sales targeting Vietnamese corporations (opening the market while iterating the hypothesis-testing cycle).
- Development and relationship-building with sales partners (agencies) to scale the business.
■ Pre-sales & Implementation Support
- Providing product utilization support and designing business workflows for contracted clients.
- Depending on resource and project status, you will assist with system demonstrations during negotiations and post-order implementation support (e.g., assisting with requirement gathering).

【Onboarding & Training Program】
- We have prepared an intensive program aimed at early catch-up within about half a year (6 months) after joining the company. For the first 2 to 3 months, you will receive training on the basic functions of the product. After that, you will hone your practical skills while participating in actual projects. Supported by our Vietnamese and Japanese members (including follow-up support in Vietnamese), you will be able to stand on the front lines and succeed early on.

<Must>
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years or more of experience in B2B corporate sales, OR customer negotiation experience (e.g., business requirement definition, interviewing/gathering requirements)
- Experience taking proactive action and seeing tasks through to completion.
- Logical communication skills to drive projects forward smoothly.
*Note: Language skills (such as Japanese or English) are not strictly mandatory. We prioritize fundamental business skills and a strong desire for growth over language proficiency.

<Prefer>
- Strong track record in B2B sales or experience in partner sales (agency development).
- Experience launching new businesses or formulating/executing GTM strategies.
- Knowledge of accounting or foundational knowledge of management and finance.
- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) sufficient for smooth internal collaboration.
- Pre-sales or implementation support experience for IT systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.).
