The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, with a primary focus on the Dietary Supplements category, by developing new customers, strengthening key accounts, and expanding market presence. This position plays a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening long-term business relationships, focuses on developing and managing sales in MT pharmacy chains and build strong partnerships with distributors.
1. Market Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, target, and sign contracts with new partners across Wholesaler, Retail/Detail, and MT (Supermarkets/Convenience Stores) systems.
- Develop and manage distributors supplying to TT pharmacy and beauty shop channels.
- Develop and execute business plans for the product category aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Monitor periodic sales results and implement timely corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
2. Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major distributors and strategic partners within the FMCG/Supplement industry.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts within authorized budget guidelines.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and rapid problem resolution.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Collect and analyze market data, including competitor activity, product consumption trends, and price fluctuations.
- Propose sales strategies to expand market share in MT and TT channels
4. Operational Coordination
- Work closely with Logistic, Regulatory Affairs and Accountant departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and logistics.
- Forecast product demand and develop contingency plans to minimize stock-outs.

- Graduated from University
- English: At least Strong Intermediate level
- Having at least 5 years experience as Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager for FMCG industry or Dietary
Supplements.
- Strong experience in Traditional Trade (TT) sales.
- Proven experience working with MT pharmacy chains and distributors serving TT pharmacy and beauty shop
channels.
- Challenge-oriented with a passion for the healthcare and clean food industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Personality: Structured, consistent, and reliable.
{PREFER}
- Experience in a Japanese FMGC and E-commerce companies.
