【求人概要】
日系大手保険会社のベトナム拠点にて、日系企業向けの営業職を募集しております。
ご紹介先は自動車保険、火災保険、生命保険など、幅広い保険を扱う日系の保険代理店となります。
本ポジションでは既存契約者、及び新規契約者への損害保険全般の営業を行っていただきます。
【主な仕事内容】
・既存契約者の満期対応(他社に乗り換えられないよう、保険条件の見直し、新たな種目のセールスなど)
・新たに進出する日系企業情報を入手し、コンタクト
・個人ではなく、チームとしての予算達成に貢献
・被害保険全般(火災保険、労災保険、賠償保険、貨物保険 etc.)の知識会得
・保険ブローカーとの交渉
・保険事故発生時の初動対応(事故受付)
・その他クライアントとの懇親会の開催、ゴルフコンペへの参加など

<Job summary>This is a Marketing and Business Development Executive role for a leading Japanese precision equipment manufacturer. The position is responsible for driving the company’s expansion in the Vietnam market through a blend of high-level strategic planning and hands-on operational support. Key responsibilities include market research on local regulations/bids, strategic 5-year planning, and on-site supervision of product installation.
